Limited Lifetime Warranty
***Updated 4/11/22: Ramble for Life Warranty now extended to cover ALL RiGd Supply fabricated products. Does not include camera kits, license plate light, or soft goods.***
RiGd Supply offers a limited lifetime warranty on the structure of each RiGd Supply product to the original purchaser.
No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, products used for racing or competition, or modification of, or any types of repair of RiGd Supply product.
Exclusions Include:
- Products that have been abused, crashed, altered, modified, or installed on vehicles other than those approved by RiGd Supply
- Damages and charges from the shipping company
- Hardware (bolts, washers, nuts, etc.) These parts are subject to wear and are not considered defective when worn. However, replacement parts are readily available by contacting support@rigdsupply.com
- Cost of the original installation, removal, or reinstallation
- Coating, warranty does not include powder coat or other finishes
RiGd Supply Replacement Program
RiGd Supply will make replacement parts available to the original owner at a minimal charge in the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation for the life of the product.
